The EWC Club, founded by the French association ASTREES and IRshare, is an area dedicated to stakeholders getting to grips with the running of European works councils, be they managers or employee representatives.
With this aim in mind, the club's objectives are as follows: 1. To be a forum for discussing the practices of European works councils; 2. To encourage exchanges of opinions among the stakeholders; 3. To identify the needs of European works councils in terms of support, training and development, and to define the means of responding to these efficiently; 4.
